Our COVID-19 Procedures

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ANYONE AT HIGH RISK FOR COVID-19 TO UTILIZE OUR CURBSIDE AND CONTACTLESS SERVICES.

Patient visits:

If you prefer curbside service, please call from your vehicle when you arrive at the clinic. If you prefer to accompany your pet inside, please come in, and we will meet you in the waiting room.

**Please note, all dogs must be securely leashed and all cats in carriers. For curbside service, cats may NOT be brought in with only a leash.**

Food/medication pickup:

If you prefer to use our contactless service, please call the clinic when you arrive in the parking lot and inform staff. If you choose the contactless option, staff will take payment over the phone and leave food/medication in the front vestibule for you to collect. If you are not using our contactless option, please come in, and a staff member will assist you shortly.
